Most recently, I worked as an Onboarding Account Manager in the VoIP and telecommunications industry, where I served as the primary point of contact for customer onboarding and implementation activities. I coordinated with customers, internal teams, and carriers to support successful account implementations, customer training, service activations, and onboarding completion.
