I'm an HR and Talent Acquisition professional with international experience across Spain, Italy, Greece, and China, specializing in recruitment, people operations, and talent development. I hold a Master's in Human Resources & Talent Development from EAE Business School and have built hands-on experience supporting fast-paced, multicultural organizations.

Throughout my career, I've managed full-cycle recruitment across IT, Engineering, Sales, and Chemistry roles, partnering with hiring managers to identify top talent and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. My experience includes technical sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, interview coordination, employer branding, onboarding, HR operations, and performance management.
