I am a Business Administration student majoring in Business Management at De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde with hands-on experience in logistics operations, customs documentation, shipment monitoring, and customer service.
Currently working as a Logistics Administrator, I support end-to-end cargo movement by coordinating with consignees, customs brokers, and port authorities while ensuring compliance with import documentation requirements. My experience includes customs clearance, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination.
Through my logistics and customer service experience, I have developed strong skills in problem-solving, stakeholder communication, operational coordination, and process improvement.
I am seeking opportunities in logistics operations, supply chain management, freight forwarding, transportation, and customer operations where I can continue building expertise and contribute to efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.
