in a construction company and another 1 year Customer Service Representative handling clients who want to file a claim using the Insurance they have. I'm also trained enough to handle clients emotions and feelings when it comes to answering phone calls and giving the right solution for them

*Informing clients of billing procedures, processed payments over the phone.
*Promoting properties
*Answering phone calls and emails to travelers and to Insurance clients.
*Taking inbound and doing outbound calls to owners and guests
*Responding to clients questions and complaints, and giving them the support they need and they deserved
*Walking customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes
*Assist with bookings, cancellation of the reservations, refunds, payments set-up, or complaints.
*Answer questions about booking or terms and conditions of the website
