I am now working as a customer service team leader in an international online travel agency where I apply my artistic background, technical expertise and customer service experience to lead a team and create an exceptional customer ---------- addition to my day job (actually, I work nightshift), I have taken on freelance projects as a side hustle to challenge myself and continue growing.
