Profile Description

I am a Freight Virtual Assistant who helps freight brokers, dispatchers, and logistics teams manage daily freight operations efficiently. I support load sourcing, LTL and FTL quoting, carrier coordination, dispatch support, track and trace, freight documentation, appointment scheduling, and shipment workflow management.

I use industry tools including DAT Load Board, Doft, AscendTMS, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, and Zoom. I am comfortable handling freight records such as BOLs and PODs while maintaining accurate updates and communication with carriers and customers.

I bring 7+ years of experience in administrative operations, documentation management, workflow coordination, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication in fast-paced environments. I also completed hands-on freight brokerage operations training where I managed simulated end-to-end shipment workflows using real logistics processes and tools.

I am available for full-time remote work and can work US, UK, AU, or Canada time zones with a flexible schedule. I have a reliable remote work setup with stable fiber internet, backup mobile hotspot, UPS power backup, and a dedicated laptop for daily operations.
