Profile Description

I've been a Customer Service Specialist and Chat Support Specialist for six years. I believe that my work experiences, as well as my educational background, makes me qualified for any post. My career background has molded and prepared me to be a top-notch employee. Aside from that, I have strong leadership skills which I was able to develop from my past work as a Quality Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, Escalation officer, and project manager.
While I don’t know the experience of the other candidates, I can speak to the qualifications that make me the best fit for this position. After working in this industry with another organization for over eight years, I successfully managed a team of 15 in our sales and customer service department where I was responsible for overseeing and managing productivity and developing skills of future leaders of the ---------- fact, one campaign I oversaw generated a 14% increase in productivity among our target demographic.
