Profile Description

An energetic self-starter with strong communication skills, a creative, resourceful, and flexible individual who enjoys learning new skills and can work independently or on a team. I can easily adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude and good work ethic. I also worked in the Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA) as a Data Entry Analyst for almost 3 years. 

Other than this, I worked as an eCommerce VA in one of the leading brands in New York and was lucky enough to be entrusted with the following tasks below. 

• Handled and managed Dropshipping stores 
• Process and track our orders
• Process our return, exchange, refund
• Address/answer our customer's concerns and inquiries
• And other tasks that come up during my shift 

Aside from that, my skills include the following but are not limited to: 

• Bank reconciliation • Research and data entry
• E-mail and calendar management 
• Google Suites, MS Office and most importantly, I can work under minimal supervision and can work under stress and pressure, I am also highly trainable and coachable.
