Hello, I am Eva and I'm an experienced Virtual Assistant who started in 2020. Over the years, I've handled a variety of tasks, including customer service, data entry, administrative work, credit repair, and accounting.

I have 5 years of experience in credit repair and am very detail-oriented and organized. I can easily identify accounts that impact a client's credit scores and know how to challenge different types of negative accounts when submitting disputes. I'm experienced in filing disputes with credit bureaus, collection agencies, and creditors, as well as handling FTC, BBB filings and filing security freezes to secondary bureaus. I’m also familiar with platforms like Credit Repair Cloud and Dispute Fox. I also handle uploads to platforms like Experian and Equifax and keep client files organized. 

I’m a quick learner who takes the initiative to do a research and learn new tasks independently, which makes training me easy. I've also held managerial roles where I led teams, solved issues, and supported agents from my previous job.
