I became a digital creator on FB and Tiktok when posting reviews of the Korean restaurant I visited and rating the food there. I am a highly talented, detail-oriented customer support representative because I possess the necessary skills and attributes to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues. I have exceptional communication skills and am adept at handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. My ability to actively listen to customers' concerns and empathize with their situations allows me to provide effective and timely solutions to their problems. Additionally, I am highly organized and efficient, which means I can handle multiple inquiries and resolve issues quickly and accurately. I am familiar with various customer support tools, such as Salesforce and Google, and Microsoft products, and have experience with email, chat, and phone support. I am also a quick learner and can adapt to new products and services quickly. Overall, my dedication to providing excellent customer service and my strong communication and organizational skills make me an ideal candidate for a customer support representative role.
