I am skilled in communicating with clients over chats and emails using tools like LiveChat, Salesforce, Intercom, and Hubspot. I am proficient in troubleshooting customer's issues mainly on their E-commerce websites (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, and Magento). I am also happy to learn any new tools that would help get the job done.
