Previously I worked as a medical claims analyst, reviewing medical insurance claims to collect payment information, and to get the reasons why the medical claim is not
getting paid. This information is obtained by calling the insurance company or searching their website if the said information is available. Once I have obtained the necessary information I coordinate with the Hospital or Doctors clinic so the necessary action may be documented to so they can track their payments and reason why the claim is not getting paid. If the claim is denied we inform them reason of denial and how to resolve it.
