 - Buyer and Seller, Probate, Fix and flip, vacant lot, absentee, Rental, Residential, fixer-upper, FSBOs, Expired listings, Circle Prospecting, and Pre-foreclosure. 
- High level of proficiency in different types of CRM & platforms; Podio, Zoho and Follow-up Boss, ----------
- Knowledgeable of using different dialers including Mojo, Calltools, Nextiva, Vulcan7, Leadcruncher, Ringcentral and Xencall.
