Profile Description

I am a Remote Operations and Lead Generation Support Specialist with experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, CRM data management, customer support, KYC verification, withdrawal/risk review, sports video tagging, logistics coordination, and spreadsheet-based reporting.

I have handled high-volume lead generation campaigns using Salesforce click-to-dial, Apollo, HubSpot, and CRM tools. My experience includes verifying right-party contacts, tagging leads properly, organizing prospect lists, conducting outbound calls, and supporting follow-up workflows.

I was also promoted to Team Leader at Agent Infinity, where I handled 10–12 agents, monitored attendance, supported task flow, coached tea ---------- mbers, joined performance huddles, and helped track daily dial and lead targets using tools such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

In customer support, I worked in an iGaming environment where I handled live chat, email follow-ups, KYC checks, withdrawal/risk rotation, customer concerns, and account validation using in-house tools and PAGCOR lookup.
