While attending school, I served as a QA Support Engineer at Aesymmetric, where my responsibilities included creating time estimates and testing projects developed by our team of developers. Additionally, I gained experience in data encoding using MS Excel, involving the creation of reports and invoice reports part-time during my studies. I'm also proficient in using tools like Slack and Trello for project management and communication with colleagues at Aesymmetric.
Although I may not have a background in customer service, I am genuinely enthusiastic about learning and embracing new opportunities. This eagerness, coupled with my recent graduate experiences, has familiarized me with various applications from previous job opportunities. That's why I believe I would be an excellent fit for this position.
