As an Inventory/Warehouse Manager and eCommerce Operations Associate of a 3PL / Fulfillment center dealing with various customers, I bring a robust skill set and hands-on experience across various eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and their local counterparts Shopee and Lazada.

Tools I use to ensure smooth operation include but not limited to the following:
Inventory Management - Finale Inventory, Spreadsheets (Google Sheets and MS Excel), and Sellercloud (familiarity)
Order Fulfillment - Shipstation and Teapplix
Customer Service - Replyco
Product Research - Keepa, RevSeller and Seller Amp
Repricing - SKU Grid and Walmart Repricer
Various operational tasks - MS Office, Google Suite, Upgrade to see actual info, and AI Table
Amazon FBA - 2D Workflow and Scanpower
