I have over 5 years of experience as a content editor in shared services, 3 months as customer service representative in call center handling telco account and almost 3 years as clerical student assistant in our university and was assigned at the College of Law Dean's Office.
Since the pandemic started, my previous company shifted into a work from home set-up. While working remotely for 2 years, I managed to meet and exceed our monthly deliverables. I am very organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining 100?curacy. I can work with minimal supervision and I have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. I am familiar with a wide range of software and applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Drive and online collaboration tools like Zoom, MS Teams and Skype. I'm also knowledgeable in basic video editing and self-taught in making thumbnails. I am able to quickly learn new technologies and I'm dedicated to provide the highest level of customer service. I previously owned an Instagram thrift boutique focusing on slow fashion and I am an advocate for sustainability.
