Spreadsheet management (loads, quotes, follow-ups, exceptions)
CRM updates, documentation organization, and SOP follow-through
Daily/weekly reports (active loads, delivered, exceptions, priorities)

WORK STYLE (HOW I WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION):
