I'm a Training Specialist with experience in Learning & Development, customer support, and the travel industry. I enjoy helping new employees get up to speed by creating training materials, developing SOPs, conducting onboarding sessions, and providing coaching to support their growth.
In my current role, I work closely with different teams to improve training processes and make learning more effective. I also helped with our Zendesk implementation by creating training resources and guiding employees through the transition.
Before moving into training, I worked in customer service across the travel, healthcare, and education industries. Those experiences helped me build strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills. I'm always looking for ways to improve processes, support team success, and continue learning along the way.
