Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for 10 years now with various accounts assigned.  I was a phone banker for almost 4 years in one of the most known banks in the US, I was a customer care and fraud analyst. I was also assigned to a logistic account (YRC and Reddaway for 2 years. I was a customer service/sales associate for beauty and slimming products for almost a year. And lastly, I worked with an Internet Advertising Agency/ SEO  in the US for 5 years and was even a trainer there. I am very hard working and  I can work independently and as a cooperative and productive teaUpgrade to see actual infomber.
