*Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management (e.g. invoicing, collections, payments, vendor relations & communications)
*Reconciliation (bank & cash accounts)
*Wide knowledge in different accounting programs such as QuickBooks (Desktop, Accountant, Online), SAP Business one and XERO

 Bookkeeping and General Accounting for Manufacturing
> Prepare Day to Day transaction for Accounts Payable Voucher
> Treasury functions.
> Experience on Quickbooks and SAP system.
> Data Encoding
> Administrative and Payroll tasks.
> Microsoft Excel proficient
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
> Strong analytical and problem solving skills
> Resourceful and effective at multi-tasking
> Payroll Accounting     
> Practiced in Manufacturing Monthly and Annual Inventory such as Raw
Materials, office Supplies and Fixed Assets inventory
> Sales Invoice And Delivery Receipt preparation thru Quickbook
> Costing and Inventory ( Raw Materials, Production Supplies and Fixed
Asset) thru Quickbooks System
> Prepare Summary of Disbursement (Expenses)
> Prepare Journal Vouchers
> Prepare Lapsing Schedule
> Prepare Schedule of A/R & A/P or other related schedules as per
requested by clients
> Prepare the Financial Reports
(Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Trial Balance)
> Completion of Books of Accounts
> Filing of BIR Tax Returns
> Handle Rank and File payroll (handled with a highest of 2,000+ employees)
>
Prepare employee's annualized payroll (for individual income tax
and 13th month pay computation purposes)
>Handle client government premium reporting
