Hi! I’m Jeff and welcome to my profile!
With nearly 10 years of
experience as a Chemical Engineer in a Petrochemical Manufacturing Plant, I
have transitioned from roles as a Production Shift Manager/Engineer to becoming
a Technical Services and Development Engineer. This journey has equipped me
with a diverse skill set that encompasses high-level analytical tasks, people
management, research, data analysis, and administration. Some of my key
strengths aside from the aforementioned include:
- Automating inventory monitoring
and report generation.
- Expertise in payroll management
and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Driving process improvement,
optimization, control, and auditing.
- Creating impactful
presentations and visualizations.
- Skillful in administrative
tasks, material handling, and LPG offshore unloading.
I also took a cool detour into
the world of being an Amazon Account Health and General Admin Virtual Assistant
for over a year. During this time, I had the exciting responsibility of being
the gatekeeper for my client's Amazon account, vigilantly watching over
anything that could influence its Account Health and swiftly taking action. I
wore the hat of a watchful eye, not only managing account well-being, but also
keeping tabs on incoming shipments at the Fulfillment Centre and, when needed,
voicing concerns to Amazon.
Moreover, I excel in the
following areas and possess extensive knowledge:
- Utilizing Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Navigating platforms such as
Facebook
- Fluent English communication in
both speaking and writing.
- Proficient data entry
capabilities.
- Effective time management, even
under pressure.
- adeptness in handling people
and providing customer support.
If you find my skill set to be of great value for you, kindly hit me up with a message. I’ll be glad to be part of your service team.
