I am a highly skilled customer service representative with more than 7 years of experience. I have a strong background in this industry and I worked under a BPO company based in the Philippines.

I had the opportunity to work with a multi-brand client throughout my BPO experience wherein we worked with Slack, Shopify, Recharge, Stay.Ai, Zendesk, and Gorgias.

As a CSR with broad experience, I have been able to provide a satisfying service to the customers I've handled. I have gained a Customer Satisfaction survey almost all the time while making sure that the company rules and policies are followed at all times. I was also able to organize my tasks based on urgency and importance. And able to finish tasks in a timely manner.
