Since I worked as a Front Desk Receptionist it is part of my duty to make a call and received calls from our customers. Aside from calling our customers, it's our job to call our suppliers of toiletries and cleaning materials for the delivery update.

I learned Inventory management when I enrolled in AmazonationPh. Inventory management requires to be attentive, and should have organization skills because this one decides when you should make order to never sold out your winning product.

I learned product listing when I enrolled in Amazonationph. A person assigned in Product listing should be well spoken because this is the face of the product where you can attract customers.

I learned Online Arbitrage from AmazonationPH for a couple of sessions only since AmazonationPH focuses of Private Label than online arbitrage.

I enrolled in AmazonationPh for 1 year, we used to navigate helium 10 for our module. We used it in various task such as Product Research, Product Listing, Online arbitrage, and Keyword Research. While using helium 10, I also navigate various part of helium 10 which are cerebro, blackbox, Frankenstein and many more.
