I've been working with BPO industry for 11 years. I been a customer service representative to a telecommunication
account and assigned to the technical department. I also had an experience as an accounting assistant and trained to help clients with their QuickBooks concerns. I then worked as a travel consultant for more than half of my BPO experience. I was well-versed in using GDS like Sabre. Ticketing was my first position
and later on promoted as a training supervisor. Due to the pandemic, travel industry is greatly affected and business is not yet picking up that much. I have advance english written and verbal skills and and proficient in MS tools and Google. I'm very flexible and can work under pressure.
