I have a 7-year working experience in the BPO/Call Center and as a freelancing industry. In my experience in the customer service industry, I have gained different type of skills such as communication skills, empathy and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively. It also enhanced my adaptability and capacity to work under pressure. Most importantly, I have acquired knowledge about various products and services, which can be advantageous in different roles I may have in the future. In the freelancing industry on the other hand, I have learned to be more independent, self-disciplined and resourceful. I have directly interact with clients which improved my communication, negotiation, and client management skills. The freelancing industry has helped diversify my skills to cater to different client needs, expanding my capabilities beyond my original role. With these experiences and skills I have gained throughout working different types of industries, I am confident that I am able to proactively address any challenges, showcase my problem-solving abilities, and I can contribute positively in different roles and tasks given.
