I have almost 4 years of experience in a BPO Industry, been with multiple accounts and handled different kind of customer, so I am confident that I can do the job very well.

I am handling Inbox to respond to the clients questions, follow ups about their order.

I worked in a BPO Industry for almost 4 years and then got promoted as a Coach Apprentice, in which I handled admin task. I also handled a team.

I took a Spanish course at Hola Amigos and graduated March 2023 and got a certificate, tho I'm not fluent but I know the language and speak basic terms. And during those years that I work at 411 local as a Lead Generation Specialist, we are calling Spanish businessman and just ask basic question in Spanish and most of them was converted into Sales, so I practice it.
