I worked as a Booking and Ticketing Reservation Officer in a travel agency and I used the Amadeus System. I know how to book a flight and arrange tours both Local and international. Later on, I applied in a BPO company to explore my learning.
I used to be a Consultant for Microsoft Store. I am knowledgeable with Microsoft Office 2010 – 2013. I did Technical Assistance like troubleshooting, downloading and installing software. I also handled Sales inquiries and Chat and Email concerns. And I’ll make sure that by the end of the day, I meet my required number of Sales. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed. I worked as Senior Technical Support for Google-G Suite Apps for Business where I handled all about Domains and Web Hosting such as registrations, cPanel and DNS. I am easy to motivate and trustworthy. I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible. I am also hardworking person. I strive for continued excellence. I provide exceptional contributions to customer service for all customers.
