Profile Description

I've handled a team with 4 different campaigns. I monitored their performance to ensure that the client goals are met. I was the one responsible in identifying and articulating reporting requirements which includes targets, specific data and anticipated outcomes. I was consistent in terms of writing and conducting performance evaluations, making employment decisions, setting up performance goals and targets for assigned team. I had recommended and supported the implementation of various programs for the process improvements. I have direct liaison with external and internal clients on daily, weekly and monthly basis (via email, phone or gotomeeting sessions). I was also the one who handled and closed issues, complaints and escalations. I used to constantly conduct audit checks on processes and review auditor’s assessments.
