I am a graduate of Computer Engineer. Most of my previous jobs was in the BPO industry. I have 18 years of working experience handling different roles such Customer Service / Technical Support and recently as a Reports analyst and Service desk analyst. I am a very dedicated person in terms of working and I am a very responsible person on the task given to me.
I am a focused person and very conscious on every task that I've been Upgrade to see actual info's always been a great feeling to help my co-worker and client. Working hard gains respect and value to the company. I can say that I am contributing in helping my company to meet its goals and its growth as well.
