Profile Description
I help healthcare providers manage their billing efficiently and get paid faster.
I have over 6 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management, handling high-volume claims submission, charge posting, denial management, AR follow-ups, payment posting, and EOB/remittance analysis to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
I perform insurance verification, eligibility checks, and prior authorizations using Availity and other payer portals. I also manage claim submissions, resolve rejections and denials, and follow up on unpaid claims to maximize reimbursement.
In addition, I handle CCM and RTM billing based on time-based requirements, and support operational workflows including HSAT and CPAP order coordination, documentation, and tracking.
I assist with provider credentialing and payer enrollment across multiple states and insurance networks, and maintain internal trackers using Google Sheets to monitor claims, orders, and workflow status.
I am experienced in EHR and billing systems including Healthie, Office Ally, DrChrono, Tebra, Prompt, and Athena, and I ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
I focus on reducing denials, improving claim turnaround, and helping providers get reimbursed faster.
