During the time that I was working at Stream Global Services and Sutherland Global Services, I was trained to support Dell and Norton products from Symantec. I was trained to handle even the irate racist customers just to help them solve their problems with the products that they had purchased. My English is very good both written and oral. I am a fast learner and most of all a team player. I have more than 7 years experience in customer support and more than 2 years handling ecommerce as a product lister, handling customer queries and customer service as well.
