I worked as a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher for Korean students and professionals who need a little more help especially in reading and communication skills as well as school paperwork/homework. My success rate with this student has been remarkable, having them increase their grade averages by at least a letter grade in all applicable classes tutored. I have experience working in a Call Center for two years and a half. As an agent, I make inbound and outbound calls that provide outstanding customer service to clients and it leads me to be one of their Top Performing Agent then promoted as a Team Leader. Being a Team Leader I ensure that the group is working efficiently and in unity.
I motivate them so that they meet deadlines, work productively, and resolve any issues effectually. I am responsible in checking on the quality, progress and outcome of the jobs.
