SKILLS:

Shopify admin tasks (editing orders, processing refunds and cancellations, changing the stock level, sending invoices, adding sales to platforms and marking orders as paid manually)
Handling customers' emails and responding to their inquiries. Such as order updates, providing shipping details, sending links to create accounts, troubleshooting their logins, and processing discount codes and refunds.
In charge of updating orders with the supplier and associates/team, checking the level of stocks, providing the information needed to unshipped orders, and requesting a replacement.
Sorting out and creating labels for new emails.
Replying to customer reviews.
Dealing with disputes and chargebacks.
Managing Twitter & Pinterest accounts. (social media posting)
