As of the moment I'm working as a sales/customer service representative for a US based Cigar company. We provide full time support to those customers who wants to buy cigars online and to those who also needs to discuss their billing, product and other queries regarding their orders. I'm currently working full time which is 40hrs a week, so I'm currently looking for a part-time job that I can give 20-25hrs of my week including weekends if needed.

I used to do Full Cycle Recruiting for US based company. Here are the following tasks I used to do:
- Source for candidates in different social media platforms including
- Conduct initial interview and make sure to pre-screen candidates
- Schedule candidates for Final Interview with Hiring Manager after passing initial interview
- Help candidates with their In boarding Requirements. Discussed necessary things briefly
- Constant follow up with the candidates up until they get hired
Prior to being a Recruiter, I was a Sales Agent for Outbound Campaign: Business to Consumer for a Canadian telecommunications company. I've also handled B2B campaign after and became a Quality Analyst all for the same account.
As a Sales Agent my main goal was to reach my target for specific week and targets increase as you reach your goal per week. Here are the following responsibilities with me doing Outbound Sales:
- Review each customers profile and make sure to offer appropriate service or product to customers depending on their profile
- Assist customers that need extra help with things related to their billing, status of an order, payment, loss order and other customer service type of tasks
- Making sure that in every single call, whether you make a sale or not I stay professional and courteous at all times
- Hit my sales quota. At least 30 sales a week plus the revenue needed. Same thing for my QA and maintaning good attendance
- If customers has inquiry or question make sure to assist them to the fullest of your abilities. And transfer them to the right department just in case needed
As a Quality Assurance Analyst, my responsibilities were as follows:
• I make sure that our team members’ sales are legit.
• Listen to all calls whether it's a sale or not and make sure agents follow the Quality standards set by the clients
• I work closely with our Team Leaders, Operation Manager and Clients Onshore to ensure that everyone's aligned with the Quality Standards we set across the board
• I also help create/improve scripts that our team members can use to be an effective sales agent.
• Coach team members who scored lower than the targeted score per month.
• Flagged team members who commit Professionalism Violations.
Experiences Gained Overall:
• Experience in selling services to US customers for Outbound Business to Consumer Campaign
• Experience in selling services to Canadian customers for phone lines, internet, cable TV and mobile.
• Experience dealing with customers that were irate or aggitated with professionalism and politeness.
• Experience on how to hit sales target every month and past QA Standards (as an agent)
• Experience training team members and creating training materials using Microsoft Office and other platforms
• Experience attending meetings with Team Leaders, Team members, Operation's Manager and Client's Onshore and Offshore
• Experience in evaluating team members’ calls and make sure they are being coached to improve their Areas of Opportunities
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google spreadsheets in creating reports
• Experience making reports to compare the results the account has been getting month over month.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Before I started my email/chat support role, I used to handle inbound calls for consumers who want to buy tobaccos/cigars online. I still do Inbound calls but only as needed.
Experience: 10+ years
I've started my BPO career as an Outbound Sales Agent. I'm very familiar with this role and also received different awards. I used to cater Business to Business as well as Business to Consumer type of LOBs
Experience: 5 - 10 years
My current job is an email support/specialist. I can send 8 emails per hour. I've received more than 5 awards with this role and I'm very efficient and goal oriented. I answer different kinds of concerns/queries. From product, billing, shipping, replacements and anything customer service related issues.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
Aside from email support/specialist, I've also handle chat concerns and queries. This role is only less than 6months because I was just part of the backup team. My main role is still emailing. Same customer service concerns are what I'm addressing with this role.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
As a Quality Analyst for around 2 years, I was able to hone my skills in coaching and training other representatives. I also attend client meetings if there are updates in terms of the guidelines that we follow.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I used to worked for a company as a recruiter for US staffing in grocery stores. I interview candidates and check if they're fit for the role, help them submit their requirements, answer applicant queries and assist them until they get hired.
