Profile Description

I have years of experience in Customer service and order processing. I was a Relationship Manager for almost a year for Barclays Bank US.
Handling customer calls and emails regarding their credit card accounts/transactions. Data Services Manager for AT&T US for 2 years handling Order processing (from ordering to installation until service activation), customer relations and Billing validation SME. Working as a Data Services Manager, I was assigned to receive, process and make sure that Orders are completed successfully at a timely manner.
After 3 months on the job, I was transferred to a more delicate department as a Billing Validation Specialist. As a Billing Validation Specialist, my responsibilities includes; Making sure that the customers are billed the right amount inclusive of their area's promotional package; Send out appropriate billing statements; Closely monitor changes in the customer's billing packages and enter or attach the correct promotional code. After a Year on the job I was assigned as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) of my Team and helped in the Training and Coaching of new hires. I also handled Dish Network for awhile as an Inbound/outbound Sales/Customer Service handling calls, emails and chats of interested customers/subscribers.
