Profile Description

Being a CSR Game Master has a lot of daily tasks. The basic task of a CSR Game Master is to cater players' concern or inquiry through email. The maximum amount of emails I can handle a day is 250 tickets/emails. Another task I handle is to monitor the in-game chats and the CCU server count. I also patrol the game wherein I catch game exploiters or cheaters and document the evidence to be reported and suspended. I also handled server maintenance wherein I performed QA testing of contents to be added in the game, checking if there is a bug and ensure that it works properly before it will be added. As a Game Master, I organize in-game events and offline on-ground events to gather the player community with rewards. At the end of the day, I collate the issues and documented in a daily report to be submitted to the client. I also prepare the weekly reports for the weekly deliverables. As a Social Media Analyst, I review and rate the users' profile with or without violations.
