Profile Description

I'm an experienced executive assistant who's great at getting things done. I've got a solid history of making sure tasks are completed well and on time. I'm skilled at organizing all sorts of tasks like scheduling, emails, data entry, and helping with virtual learning. People know me for being able to handle projects independently and for communicating effectively in English, both in writing and speaking. I love trying out new tools and tech, especially if they can make work easier for everyone involved. I'm always eager to learn and grow professionally, and I've received praise from my bosses for my work.

I'm comfortable using a bunch of different software like Microsoft Office, Google Suite (that includes Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, Chat, Mail, Classroom, Drive, and Meet), Loom, Canva, Zoom, Mailchimp, Eventbrite, Linktree, Asana, Intercom, Outlook and more. Being familiar with these shows I can adapt to new technology quickly. If the job requires knowing other tools, I'm determined to learn them fast.
