Profile Description

I have vast experience in customer service including: handling eCommerce concerns (order status updates, delayed orders, cancellations, refunds, PayPal disputes, and chargebacks). 
I am very proficient in social media moderation for both Facebook and Instagram including: responding to messages, reacting and responding to comments, hiding negative comments and resolving issues with the customer internally. I am also experienced in curating posts and scheduling them.
I can do any admin, data entry, and organization task. I'm a very fast learner and love creating processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
