I've been in the BPO industry for 10 years and handled different accounts. Transferred from one role to another such as CSR, TSR, Sales, Phone banker(credit card), Life Insurance consultant and even data encoder. Previously worked as a Systems Engineer at an MSP company and prior to that, I was a Trainer in a software company. Those years helped me a lot to hone my skills, particularly with adapting fast changing environment. I'm an easy going person and it's one of my skills I should say because I am very fond of people. I love having conversation with others, I don't have difficulties getting along with others.
