Profile Description

Medical-Allied BPO Company that works for hospice agencies under Medicare Insurance in California, USA. As an Account Manager we attend clients with their concerns through calls and emails, regarding their billing, updating/posting patients demographic in software such as hospiceMD, DSL and Kinnser software, identifying billable diagnosis code through ---------- , tracking reimbursements and providing special reports regarding PS&R and how does CAP works for Medicare insurance. After a year I was claims specialist, that focuses on billing claims (pre-billing claims or UB04 using excel Microsoft and electronically send claims through Waystar Zirmed, hospiceMD and DSL software), tracking of claims status through Direct Data Entry (DDE), tracking of received payments using our masterlist report, and troubleshooting minor claim issues.At the same time, I am promoted as trainer that helps the onboarding personnel understand the flow of business and explain the role of our team, and teach all the tasks and responsibilities as billers. Additional task is to prepare activities such as mock calls, leadership training and refreshers for the tea ---------- mbers.
