SKIPTRACING: Build a list of potential Sellers and skip trace it using available resources from the client plus current tools and software I am currently subscribed to like BeenVerified, Intelius, IDI CORE, and Delvepoint.   
Acquisitions Manager:
• Pull 1,350 Leads from Propstream/ ListShackPro and skip-trace them
• Review Voicemails & Missed Calls From the previous day and return calls
• Make At Least 5-10 Offers a Day
• Market Any New Deals that come in by cold-calling Cash Buyers
• CRM, Dialer, and SMS Campaign Management
• Submit Daily Report
• Run comps
• Acquisitions and Dispositions
• Setting an appointment with a cash buyer and ---------- one Prospector Manager:? Oversee the cold-calling side of the business? Analyzed team and individual statistics, prepared reports and devised and implemented incentive programs to improve metrics.Virtual Operations Manager:• Recruits selects, hires, and trains new call center personnel and prepares them to respond to customer questions and complaints.
• Prepares call center performance reports by collecting and analyzing call agents’ data.
• Determines call center operational strategies by evaluating team results and objectives.
• Meets financial targets by estimating performance requirements and preparing annual budgets.
