I’ve also led my own team for a large heavy machinery rental company in the U.S., where I balanced team coordination, customer needs, and daily operations. Most recently, I worked in telecommunications, helping customers port their numbers between carriers — a process that requires attention to detail, clear communication, and problem-solving under pressure.
Across all these roles, I’ve developed strong organizational skills, a calm and professional presence, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once whether that’s managing schedules, supporting a busy executive, or making sure the little things don’t slip through the cracks.
