Former Technical support representative maintaining Store Main server, desktop applications, JDA application, and Network Infrastructure in one of Pet Store in US. I am the one configuring the Server, Cash register, and even computer kiosk. Partner with the Tier 2 support team when store computers are all down and making it up and all working.
I also worked in Japan so I am capable of Nihongo (Japanese language) in oral and written. I can even read Hiragana, Katakana, and basic Kanji (N3 level).
