As a customer service representative, multitasking is a must. Receiving calls, answering customer's queries, checking their bills, troubleshooting phone and network issues, taking down notes while keeping up with the customers' side questions, on top of that making sure that you are providing them with excellent customer service and experience. On the other hand, as a medical professional, I've done quite a lot of research on medical cases and created a therapeutic program designed specifically for each individual patient.
I am adept in basic MS Office programs. I know how to utilize all resources available to me especially the web for researches and finding solutions to any question or problem that may arise. I am keen to details and self-directed.Having work for two opposite careers, I can easily adapt and I am very flexible. I can work with minimal supervision on tasks provided. Although I am far from being an expert, I am a fast learner and I love learning something new everyday.
