Profile Description

I started working for a Fortune 500 Company from 2007 to 2013 under a non-voice support handling pre-sales to customer service and Upgrade to see actual infoscription of the job ranges from answering product inquiry, up-selling services, up to resolving customer's purchase issues.

I quit the job because I decided to pursue my Masters Degree. I have undergone various, rigid, and updated training in a non-voice Support which has well-equipped me with superior experience both in writing skills - either chat or email fields. The practice of rigidity and preciseness in each workload is not new to me. I manage to get multiple awards and recognition along the way.

I am currently employed as a Legal Data Consultant. However, I am still open to part time job that would further enhance my competence.

As an individual that remains open to new ideas and adapts well to change, I can only see myself overcoming challenges and definitely succeeds over time.
