Profile Description

I am proficient in English both oral and written. I can work for a virtual assistant position.
 
I have more than 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Agent--resolving customers' concerns about their orders (shipment, access info, etc.) and billing (cancellation and refund) using Zendesk.

I've done article writing during my high school and college days. I was once a campus journalist writing news and editorial articles and went on several press conferences attended by fellow journalists from different schools.

I am also good at Mathematics and Physics. I have experienced tutoring some high school and college students about the said subjects. I even went on to some competitions. I could say I am good at solving problems. I have the patience to work on problems that are difficult to handle.

I also have experience doing research work related to my course of study during my college days. I was able to have my thesis entitled "Characterization of POF for liquid level and concentration sensing applications" published by IOP Publishing Ltd in the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering. I had my 2 months of training in doing scientific research in the National Institute of Physics, University of the Philippines, Diliman. There we were taught how to make and characterize superconducting materials.

I can also organize.
As a mother, I coordinate the work of my husband and the job tasks of
a five-year-old son and a two-year-old daughter at home. By managing these schedules, I’ve made sure my children's needs are taken care of and my husband has successfully accomplished his work at the same time. I can use these management skills to keep the company’s schedules so all the appointments are kept.

I can accomplish work without being supervised. I am a fast learner. I want a home-based career where I can earn and fulfill my motherhood duties at the same time.
