Profile Description

I am a Logistics & Shipment Coordinator with 12 years of experience in import/export operations within corporate settings and 6 months in e-commerce environments. MY SPECIALIZATION IS TO manage shipment plans accordingly without delay!

My responsibilites
* Place booking with various forwarders
* Collect all the shipping vessel schedule
* Tracking vessel schedules & resolving delays,
* Arrange pick up of cargo from consignee whse and manage timely delivery of cargo to CFS and port.

My expertise includes preparing error-free shipping documentation for imports and exports, ensuring customs compliance to avoid cause of delay during processing.

*Checking CIPL, Incoterms, and Bill of Lading (BOL) for accuracy.

I was Amazon VA for 6 months and some of my tasks were below:

-Update daily Sales forecasting & Monitor the Inventory Stocks at Amazon.
-Create And Issue PO to 3PL China Supplier
-Update the Master Production Schedule.
-Verifies Supplier invoice amount.
-Arrange shipment from China Supplier to 3PL Warehouse (US) and generate 3PL Labels.
-Processing and Generating Amazon shipments (SPD/LTL labels.)
-Review Inventory Balances and Update Shipment Plans.
-create Shipping Inventory Management SOP using Click up.
-Develop Google sheets Trackers/Monitorings.
-Basic Keyword search volume using Cerebro at Helium10
