Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years. I have been dealing with different customers via phone, email as well as chat. I have also been given a chance to be part of a non-agent role as a Real-Time Analyst which closely monitors the schedule adherence of agents on a real-time basis.
My last job/role was under the Risk Management team where my main task is to ensure that the approved process flow or guidelines is in place and working, and that the operation team is compliant.
As of the Upgrade to see actual infont, I am shifting my career to freelancing. I may not have the experience yet, but my learning, skills, and experience in Customer Service is a great advantage in dealing with clients.
