I help growing teams improve operations, quality, training, documentation, and people systems so work gets done consistently with clarity, accountability, and less friction.

I bring 15+ years of experience across technical support, QA, sales operations, Learning & Development, and People Operations in BPO and remote-first startup environments. My work includes building QA processes, onboarding programs, SOPs, performance reviews, scorecards, coaching systems, operational reports, and feedback loops for customer-facing and remote teams.

I can support startups, BPO teams, support teams, and remote companies with process improvement, QA audits, SOP and knowledge base documentation, onboarding and training programs, performance management systems, team coaching, customer support operations, and remote team workflows.

Most recently, I led People Ops for a fully remote startup across HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and QA, helping the team scale through stronger documentation, training, feedback, and performance systems.
